Visitor Guidelines and Regulations

  1. Check in at the entrance to pick up your picking containers/bags and allow our farm staff to direct you to the proper pick-your-own area.  

  2. To ensure the picking area is contaminant free, we ask that you use only our containers and bags provided by Sand Hill Peach Farm LLC. No external containers or bags will be allowed to be used inside the picking area.  

  3. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the farm.

  4. No refund or exchange.

  5. We know it’s human nature to taste while you pick, but please refrain from eating while you pick! Please do not eat any fruits until you have paid for them.

  6. To make sure this is a fun and educational experience for all, please watch, maintain, and always control your children. Farming encompasses embedded risks, and we would like to avoid any potential accidents.

  7. Our picking fields are within walking distance from the farm check-in points & parking area. No unauthorized vehicles are permitted in the fields.

  8. No throwing of fruits, rocks, sticks, trash, etc.

  9. No coolers or picnic baskets are permitted in our farming areas.

  10. No pets allowed.

  11. ALL bags, containers, baby strollers, etc. are subject to search by our staff.

  12. Be careful when walking in our fields. Do not step on the plants, climb on the trees, or break branches, and do not cross rows by stepping over plants. 

  13. No running in the fields – some footing may be uneven. 

  14. Dispose of any & all trash in our garbage cans.

  15. For safety and health reasons, please, NO pets on the farm or in the picking areas unless service animals which should be on its leash and continuous supervision during your visit.

  16. You MUST pay for EVERYTHING that you & your family pick. Please pick only what you plan to purchase.

  17. Do not pick undesignated crops in undesignated areas. If in doubt, please ask one of our team members who will be willing to help you and address you to the right location.

  18. No wandering around the farm or into undesignated fields is allowed.

  19. Remember, we are in Sunny Florida. Drink plenty of water while picking in the fields, and wear sunscreen as needed.

  20. We are a working farm. Be aware of and keep away from trucks, tractors & all farm machinery, whether parked or in use. If in doubt please ask.

  21. Sand Hill Peach Farm LLC reserves the right to remove guests from our fields at any time.

  22. Our customers shall not engage in such conduct as to constitute a breach of the peace or disorderly conduct within our facilities and shall pay respect to our patrons during the visit.

  23. The most important farm rule: HAVE FUN! And enjoy our products, at the end we planted them for your enjoyment and will be a blessing to us to be able to fulfill that commitment.

Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
